On the PharmEasy platform, there was no way for users to browse products by therapy/concerns. We acquire chronic users on the PharmEasy platform and want to enable such users to browse products on the platform by therapy

Assisted sales help PharmEasy to penetrate into the local market. Here the target users are the people who are not aware of the PharmEasy platform and not familiar with ordering on e-commerce platforms. This project is to support the growth of the assisted sales channel and improve the experience of Franchise agents who are currently using the Order On Call (OOC) portal.

Currently, the PharmEasy app has a static splash screen. It becomes a blind spot as there is no interesting things are happening. We wanted to make it more interesting to the user. This project is all about the New Splash Screen journey of PharmEasy.
