PharmEasy has partners (eg: PharmEasy Franchise) who help us to penetrate into the local market. Here the target users are the people who are not aware of the PharmEasy platform or not familiar with ordering on e-commerce platforms. Chronic patients can save a good amount of money on their medication by getting offers on the PahrmEasy app.
PharmEasy partners/Franchise will have their shops in local places. Franchisees don’t directly sell any medicines/products to the patients but, help them to place orders on the PhamEasy platform. Once a partner successfully makes an order on PharmEasy, he/she will get a 20% commission of the order value and the patient will be mapped to the franchise for 3 months. Also, if the patient places an order again with the same franchise again within 3 months, the agent will get a 15% commission on each order and the patient will stay mapped to the franchise for the next 3 months from the last purchase. If the patient places the order with his mobile app, then the franchise agent gets a commission of 10% of the order value.

This project is to support the growth of the assisted sales channel and improve the experience of Franchise agents who are currently using the Order On Call (OOC) portal.
The Current System
The current franchise system works with the help of the Order On Call (OOC) portal.
- It is a desktop web portal that requires a computer to do the operation.
- The franchise agent will enter the user phone number, add the products, add the delivery address, verify the Rx availability, and then checkout.

Order tracking can not be done on this system. The user has to contact the PharmEasy customer care portal for order updates. The agent is not able to track his/her orders and earnings. The system is not portable.
