Therapy Browsing Experience on PharmEasy

Previously, on the PharmEasy platform, there was no way for users to browse products by therapy/concerns. We acquire chronic users on the PharmEasy platform and want to enable such users to browse products on the platform by therapy. According to the data, the chronic user split is 34-35%. We have identified that chronic users are more inclined to browse products by therapy. Such a capability has to be developed to enable browsing of OTC products and diagnostic tests by users.

PharmEasy has therapy-specific OTC  products, diagnostic tests, and articles available today on the platform but there is no avenue for chronic users to browse these services and products.

Problem Statement

Create therapy specific pages on the PharmEasy platform to let users browse all products and services for their therapy.

Approach 

Since we already have the categories of products in different therapies, the main task is to arrange them to give a better experience for the user. I wanted to engage the user in a very friendly manner by showing the relevant information in order. The first step was to list down the information hierarchy.
